Souk Okaz is one of the many amazing brands developed by FabricAID. As its Arabic denomination goes, the brand's image is based on a clothing store which that has an extremely friendly and community based give-and-take ambiance and spirit. The store concept is built around the 'Buffalo Exchange' model, where clients can either purchase second hand items which have been cleaned, pressed, and categorised, or better yet, head on over to the second counter where they can sell their own items as long as they abide by a set of guidelines.
The marketing team which I was part of collaborated in to create many contents for the store which now counts XX stores across Lebanon and Jordan. This included a full feature lyrical advertisement (with both long and short cuts), consistent and engaging social media posts, a monthly newsletter, and the establishment of an additional sales channel through local online platform Olx.
